Refund policy

You can return unopened, sealed items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. Email truhealsupplements@gmail.com first and we'll send return instructions.

Opened supplements can't be returned unless faulty, for health and hygiene reasons.

You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the price of the item and standard delivery to your original payment method within 14 days.
